The 2024 BMW R 18 Roctane is loaded with both familiar and unique features. Heritage riders will recognize and appreciate the power and performance of the 1,802 cc air and oil-cooled four-stroke, twin-cylinder boxer engine with electronic intake pipe injection and camshafts. This rambunctious powertrain produces 91 horsepower at 4,750 RPM and 116 lb.-ft of torque at 3,000 RPM. It is paired with a constant mesh transmission and single-disc dry clutch.
The unique properties of the Roctane include the dark chrome exhaust and powerful engine. These elements blend well with the three available color schemes: Manhattan Metallic Matte, Black Storm Metallic, and Mineral Gray Metallic Matte.
