Vintage BMW Motorcycle Becomes the NMoto Nostalgia

In 2012, we got a glimpse of the 1934 BMW R7 that was once forgotten about. It made an appearance at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance and has been on everyone’s mind since. The bike was never produced and the impression it made was unforgettable. Years later, NMoto Studios based out of Miami comes in. The custom bike makers went to work to take the nearly century-old R7 concept and turn it into a poster child for BMW motorcycle customization.

NMoto Nostalgia Turns Heads

NMoto fabricated 74 of the BMW motorcycle parts on this bike. While the goal was to bring some of the R7 design into the mix, the team wanted something on a modern platform. That’s why the bike’s designers chose the BMW R NineT model as the basis for their work. Not only does it feature a 110-horsepower 1,170 cc boxer engine but it also comes complete with a six-speed gearbox, anti-lock braking system and traction control.

As of now, the NMoto Nostalgia is only available in limited quantities. The company offers 11 different color combination and plenty of customizable options. Riders can change the passenger seat, adjust the steering and upgrade the seat trim finish. What’s most exceptional about this bike is how it combines iconic, heritage styling with modern, innovative technology. It makes a statement that BMW Motorrad continues to create a motorcycle lineup that’s versatile, easy to customize and desirable.
